Bank of America decided not to charge a $5 fee for using their debit cards - except for recipients of food stamps. They contracted with several states to accept the payments on the new debit card system that the government is using, but when the food stamp recipients get their monthly allotments, the bank charges them the $5 fee when they shift the money from the food stamp card to their bank account. Break that son of a bitch bank up.
