I really like the fact it's a reflection of the flowers, with the ripples slightly distorting them. The orange and the green are a striking contrast.

Thanks. This was from a walk I took with friends in Davis California, about 50 miles east of here, I think it was 2 weeks ago. We all had cameras and were clicking away. Later, I started thinking about the poppies and WWI, and I liked the contrast of the bright blossoms in the living green, contrasted with the black. My imagination and moods range far and wide.
