She looks worried. I was going to make a joke, but she looks too upset to joke about it.

She looks pretty well off; it's probably one of those split second moments that we all show from time to time where our inner thoughts come to the surface and darken our visage. I hope so anyway. Sadness is painful. Sometimes it's the central feature in people's lives - maybe where some people live, or their circumstances.
