Here is the tower that everybody made such a fuss about. The views from the public upper floor are pretty good. Below that I think, in a twisted stack, are the administration offices for the top down management of the Fine Arts Museums. It couldn't be clearer that they're the bosses, we're the pecunious plebeians, clamoring below to be fee'd and besee teh art.
