It was kind of a misty day, and I was able to enhance this blue effect by reducing the contrast and a few other manipulations. I usually mess with all the photographs. They have to go through two different programs before I post them, and this kind of dulls them, so I wind up having to tweak them a little this way, a little that way, try this, try that, until I begin to get them how I want them to look. I'm not one of the purists who believe they, for some reason, have to leave things just like they come out of the camera. I go my own way.
