Sorry about your dad. Your mother must have felt frantic and terrible.
My moods are usually not sharp and sudden, but always present like a context. I have many moods, and so I usually can move through troubling ones pretty fluidly. LIke with Sheba, I usually do something creative with the feelings, and this makes them useful to me and so they are almost valuable. I'm not trying to forget; that would be total loss.
