Isn't it. It's big, mature, and healthy looking.It's about a block away. I can see it out my back door over the roofs of my neighbors. My house is on the side of a hill so I am about the level of their roof lines. There is a broad valley that a lot of the newer sprawl of this town has spread into, and then some more hills which you can see in the distance. That hill is probably about 5 miles away.
It is a little atmospheric still this morning as the marine fog has just lifted and the sun now come out. I think there is some haze/air pollution building up too as the winds have been mild the last evening or two. Usually, the hot air rising in the interior sucks in cool air from the ocean and keeps our air clean and crisp, but sometimes the pattern reverses and conditions get bad. Today feels like a great day though.
