Big, very sharp earthquake tonight around 0320. a 6.0 magnitude about 7 miles north of here. Everybody I know is OK. Lots of my paintings fell off the wall and all the rest are crooked - very little other damage. Downtown Vallejo, an old brick church partially collapsed. I hear occasional sirens but all is quiet otherwise.
