I worked a 4 hour mini today, had lunch with a co-worker, and then strolled around for awhile before heading for home on BART. Today was probably my last union work day for the year.
It's neither good nor bad. I am always happy to go hame early, but when I stay longer I make more money and can stay away from work longer. I have my other work; my woodworking stuff for my artist clients, and money saved up for December which is always slow for the union. I'm happy to have 3 or 4 weeks off from union work. In mid Jan that will start again and be very intense.
