flowering tree.

Here is a tree hanging over the fence in my back yard. I was wondering what kind of tree it is because I had just read an article about poisonous plants and I was wondering if this could be poisonous if ingested. Anybody know anything about this stuff? Maybe a bay tree (but I don't think so)?

The leaves look something like oleander, but not the blossoms. A nursery would be able to tell you if you took a cutting in. It's pretty.

On LJ, somebody suggested Acacia, and I think maybe that might be. They are only white at first, and then they get a dusty yellow like yellow mustard color. Pretty much the tree is completely covered with these yellow flowers.
