I've noticed in some of these farm pictures that the cows often are gathered around or near the pylons (when there is a pylon). I wonder if they feel some kind of vibe from it? Maybe they just feel safer with it nearby. I notice that humans tend to gather around tall objects, or often stop in hallways right where there is some object partly obstructing the hall. I guessed it is an unconscious search for safety - something to hide behind if a sabre-tooth tiger or an enemy comes around.
I was in pylon land a while ago, thought about you, and took some pictures of them while driving by. I'll put in a pylon picture for you now and then.
