I'm not sure, but i think all of these buildings are part of the Berkeley Forge and Tool Co. It is east of I-80 just south of the Gilman St. exit. The business is heavy industrial and makes mining equipment. NW Berkeley has a pocket of industrial activity that has pretty much disappeared from the rest of the area.
