I think it is used as a warehouse now. I see lots of boxes stacked up in the windows when I slowly drive by. The building is from 1937 and was "Steam Powerhouse #2" for the Pier 70 shipyard in the past. I make deliveries to my artist clients, so I am around there frequently. The shipyard is pretty much defunct except for ship repair jobs, but the collection of old buildings is interesting.
