In the city, weren't they going to prohibit the sale of live animals for food?

I just looked up on google, and it says pets can't be killed for food, and in Chinatown, frogs and turtles can't be sold live for food. Maybe there are other laws like this too, but I didn't feel like further research. In Chinatown and elsewhere, in some of the restaurants, they should prohibit cockroaches being cooked live for food. I'd vote for that.
