Actually, she was with her mother and grandmother at the farmer's market. That street is where the market is held. It's the main street in Old Vallejo. All stores. Nobody lives there. The family looked like well to do Muslims, so they probably live far from downtown, in a more secure and wealthy area.
Still, a non specific change of title is a good idea from what I had before, thanks.
