This is a woman. I think she is receiving aid from the county health service and maybe has an SSI grant. She seems to have changes of clothes. From her ravings, it sounds like someone messed with one of her kids and her family took her two children away from her. She wanders around arguing with an invisible someone, threatening them and invoking God. People feed her and let her stay on their porches and other places, but she can start raving and it might last all night long. She would be very difficult to accommodate I think, short of locking her up and medicating her.
Well, that's sad then. Sounds like maybe she is not taking her meds, not that psych meds are the be all and end all. Good thing Ronald Reagan and Brown Jr have made it possible for her to get such great COMMUNITY treatment.
