Gracie is a LiveJournal friend of mine. We've gotten together many times over the years since we met. I visited with her a few weeks ago in Berkeley California and we wandered around having a good time, and taking a few pictures.
This painting I studied in school, and the other day I saw a video about it's restoration and noticed the resemblance to Gracie, so, there you go: comparison post.
