I don't think I ever saw the series, so I will have to go with your ID of her. threestarblue actually has one of these dolls and made a painting of it which she included in a comment over in my LJ.

I never saw it either as I am not into that kind of stuff, but his face was all over the net, and it is kinda creepy, and so is that doll. lol
