Vallejo is a funky old place. It's kind of falling apart, so is interesting in it's dilapidated, ramshackle sort of way.

Those buildings look like they could be from any time in the past 150 years. It could be Hannibal Missouri.

They're probably close to 100 yrs old. The one on the left was being raised I think. Maybe they were going to put a cement foundation under it. It was kind of up on stilts.
