I visited the SF Museum of Modern Art last Thursday and we exited one exhibit of photos into the central area where one can look down into the lobby. We were two floors up. The floors were black and dark grey, and so the shutter speeds were very slow and the figures below are blurred and somewhat transparent as a result. I took several of these and will post them one at a time in the next day or two. They made me think of our dreamlike nature and impermanence after seeing and becoming thoughtful from looking at all of the photos by Henri Cartier-Bresson.
Probably everybody I know in SF has been down there walking across that space, and many people from other places outside of SF, even famous artists and other well known people as well as myself and the vast number of curious and culturally minded people who are hungry to see compelling things. These shadowy and disintegrating but dynamic shapes I thought represent us all.
