vallejo, yesterday.
Sep. 20th, 2010 09:13 amI took a walk yesterday around 6PM. I walked to the quickie mart on Old Wilson, picked up some André for music listening and singing as I woodworked into the night. I only had to glue things and clamp them - no electric tools; a perfect opportunity. I came back on hilly Farrigut St. and things looked like this. That's looking SSE to St. Vincent's Hill, part of the historic district. I listened to Jean-Henri d'Anglebert until about midnight while I did my work.

I think the short unmeasured Prelude is very fine, and was played especially well.

A new Carquinez bridge - a suspension bridge has replaced one of the old steel cantilever bridges, The suspension bridge is for I-80 southbound traffic, while the old one is for northbound.
So, my suspicion is again aroused, that you live in the Bay Area too. I lived in SF for 33 years before moving to Vallejo 5 years ago. I lived all of that time there near Market and Valencia.
